Il nous confie&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Je souhaitais un \u00e9tablissement avec un grand parking. J\u2019ai eu un r\u00e9el coup de c\u0153ur pour ce restaurant, avec son int\u00e9rieur cosy qui casse les codes des b\u00e2timents industriels de la zone o\u00f9 il se situe.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celui qui a repris l\u2019institution \u00ab&nbsp;La Boufanelle&nbsp;\u00bb en 2022 avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait parler de lui en obtenant l\u2019an dernier le titre de ma\u00eetre-restaurateur.
