Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fermentation inspir\u00e9 de celui de l\u2019ail noir, ces tiges oubli\u00e9es r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un potentiel in\u00e9dit pour la gastronomie, la nutrition et m\u00eame la cosm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le projet prend une nouvelle dimension avec le lancement d\u2019une <strong>campagne de financement participatif sur Miimosa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectif : structurer une fili\u00e8re durable et industrialiser ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 novateur.
