En moins de six mois, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile Michelin, une distinction que le Guide a choisi de maintenir malgr\u00e9 le changement de direction en cuisine. Un signal fort pour l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 du territoire biterrois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menus \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle inspir\u00e9s du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, circuits courts, transparence sur les fournisseurs et ouverture sur la cuisine : le couple de chefs entend proposer une exp\u00e9rience immersive, de la terre \u00e0 l\u2019assiette, dans un esprit d\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 authentique.
