Ce vendredi midi, l\u2019entreprise LS Sant\u00e9<\/a>, fond\u00e9e en 2022 par Jordan Chauchat, inaugure ses nouveaux locaux dans le village d\u2019entreprises Ecchhobloc du groupe DUVAL, situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de la ZAC du Capiscol \u00e0 B\u00e9ziers. Une belle avanc\u00e9e pour cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la vente, la location et la maintenance de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical, qui s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans la dynamique entrepreneuriale du territoire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un tremplin vers la croissance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s trois ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel d\u2019entreprises de Mercorent, o\u00f9 elle occupait un local de 190\u202fm\u00b2, LS Sant\u00e9<\/em> franchit un cap important avec l\u2019acquisition de ses propres locaux. Un projet immobilier d\u2019envergure, d\u2019un montant de pr\u00e8s de 400\u202f000\u202f\u20ac<\/strong>, qui illustre la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise de s\u2019ancrer durablement \u00e0 B\u00e9ziers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Le passage \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel d\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour nous un v\u00e9ritable tremplin, \u00e0 la fois sur le plan financier et logistique \u00bb,<\/em> explique Jordan Chauchat. \u00ab Ces locaux nous ont accompagn\u00e9s pendant trois ann\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes, nous offrant les conditions id\u00e9ales pour poser les bases de notre activit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous franchissons une nouvelle \u00e9tape avec l\u2019acquisition de nos propres locaux. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un site pens\u00e9 pour l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Le nouveau b\u00e2timent de 480<\/strong>\u202fm<\/strong>\u00b2<\/strong>, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une mezzanine, r\u00e9pond parfaitement aux exigences logistiques et sanitaires du m\u00e9tier\u202f: stockage, d\u00e9sinfection, maintenance<\/strong>, mais aussi fonctionnalit\u00e9 des bureaux<\/strong>. Cette \u00e9volution s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 de professionnalisation et de structuration accrue, avec des perspectives d\u2019embauche \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Nous sommes actuellement deux dans l\u2019entreprise : je suis sur le terrain, tandis que ma femme assure toute la gestion administrative \u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise le fondateur. \u00ab Nous avons pour ambition de renforcer notre \u00e9quipe avec une nouvelle recrue pour m\u2019\u00e9pauler sur le terrain. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2022 par Jordan Chauchat<\/strong>, ancien infirmier lib\u00e9ral, LS Sant\u00e9 repose sur une expertise m\u00e9tier forte et une compr\u00e9hension fine des besoins des patients \u00e0 domicile comme des professionnels de sant\u00e9. L\u2019entreprise, dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires 2024 atteint 300<\/strong>\u202f000<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>\u20ac<\/strong>, propose une gamme compl\u00e8te de services\u202f: location, vente, installation et maintenance<\/strong> de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical (lits, appareillages, dispositifs de maintien \u00e0 domicile, \u00e9quipements pour kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes et ergoth\u00e9rapeutes, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En misant sur la proximit\u00e9, la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et un service personnalis\u00e9, LS Sant\u00e9 s\u2019impose comme un acteur de confiance pour l\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 domicile sur le territoire biterrois et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
