Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en salle du Conseil Municipal, ce parc arch\u00e9ologique vivant ambitionne de faire revivre Baeterrae, la B\u00e9ziers romaine, telle qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait 30 ans apr\u00e8s J\u00e9sus-Christ, \u00e0 travers un chantier spectaculaire, immersif et \u00e9volutif\u2026 sur 30 ann\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un projet scientifique, fid\u00e8le aux savoir-faire antiques<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Con\u00e7u en collaboration \u00e9troite avec un comit\u00e9 scientifique local \u2014 r\u00e9unissant notamment le directeur du service arch\u00e9ologique de la ville, la directrice des mus\u00e9es de B\u00e9ziers et des experts de l\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration \u2014 le projet repose sur des sources historiques solides, des fouilles arch\u00e9ologiques existantes, et de nouveaux relev\u00e9s \u00e0 venir.<br>Chaque \u00e9difice, chaque m\u00e9tier, chaque geste du quotidien romain sera reconstitu\u00e9 avec une rigueur scientifique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des mat\u00e9riaux, techniques de construction et pratiques artisanales d\u2019\u00e9poque. Une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience vivante et document\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un chantier vivant, en 3 grandes phases jusqu\u2019en 2055<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des aspects les plus novateurs de B\u00e9ziers Antique est son format : un chantier \u00e0 ciel ouvert, visitable d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res fondations, o\u00f9 le public est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 voir na\u00eetre la ville antique au fil des ann\u00e9es.<br>Ce programme ambitieux s\u2019\u00e9chelonnera en trois phases : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2025 \u2013 2030 : lancement du site, premi\u00e8res infrastructures, amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre, ateliers, animations p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2031 \u2013 2040 : extension du site, mont\u00e9e en puissance des exp\u00e9riences culturelles, spectacles historiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2041 \u2013 2055 : phase de maturit\u00e9, rayonnement international, \u00e9v\u00e9nements de grande ampleur. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un site qu\u2019on ne visite pas qu\u2019une seule fois, mais qu\u2019on retrouve \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de son<br>\u00e9l\u00e9vation, t\u00e9moin d\u2019une reconstitution progressive et fascinante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un investissement massif pour un levier \u00e9conomique local<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res infrastructures du site seront ouvertes d\u00e8s 2027. Ce projet repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable levier de d\u00e9veloppement pour l\u2019Agglo : 35 emplois seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re saison, pour atteindre 50 postes en pleine saison. Ces emplois concerneront \u00e0 la fois l\u2019animation, la m\u00e9diation culturelle, l\u2019accueil, la logistique ou encore la gestion du site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parc vise une mont\u00e9e en puissance progressive : 90 000 visiteurs sont attendus d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, pour atteindre ensuite un rythme de croisi\u00e8re estim\u00e9 \u00e0 250 000 visiteurs annuels. Des chiffres qui positionnent le projet comme un futur pilier du tourisme local, susceptible de dynamiser \u00e9galement les secteurs de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, de la restauration et du commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9ziers, la plus ancienne ville de France en pleine renaissance<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent m\u00e9connu du grand public, le pass\u00e9 antique de B\u00e9ziers m\u00e9rite un nouvel \u00e9clairage. Fond\u00e9e bien avant Narbonne ou Marseille, B\u00e9ziers est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la plus ancienne ville de France, habit\u00e9e sans interruption depuis plus de 2700 ans.<br>B\u00e9ziers Antique entend restaurer cette m\u00e9moire et la partager au plus grand nombre. \u00c9tudiants, familles, chercheurs, touristes ou habitants\u2026 chacun trouvera dans ce parc un pont entre histoire, savoir et \u00e9motion, entre le patrimoine et l\u2019avenir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un site \u00e0 vivre, \u00e0 voir grandir, \u00e0 transmettre<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus qu\u2019un simple lieu de visite, B\u00e9ziers Antique sera un laboratoire vivant, un lieu de transmission, de spectacles, de rencontres scientifiques, ouvert toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, dans un format \u00e9volutif rare en France.
