N\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>B\u00e9ziers<\/strong> en 2021 d\u2019une joint-venture publique\/priv\u00e9e entre <strong>SLB<\/strong> (ex-Schlumberger) et le <strong>CEA<\/strong>, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 capitalise sur plus de quinze ans de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement pour faire \u00e9merger une technologie fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 fort potentiel industriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une technologie d\u2019avenir issue de la recherche fran\u00e7aise<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9pare un <strong>d\u00e9monstrateur industriel en Loz\u00e8re<\/strong>, sur le site d\u2019ArcelorMittal \u00e0 Saint-Ch\u00e9ly-d\u2019Apcher, elle s\u2019appuie sur un mod\u00e8le de croissance ma\u00eetris\u00e9 et sur une innovation de rupture : <strong>l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette technologie repose sur des cellules en c\u00e9ramique capables d\u2019op\u00e9rer entre <strong>700 et 800\u00b0C<\/strong> avec de la vapeur d\u2019eau, r\u00e9duisant la consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de <strong>20 \u00e0 30 %<\/strong> par rapport aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s alcalins ou PEM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat : une production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne plus efficace et plus durable, r\u00e9pondant aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et climatiques \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un d\u00e9monstrateur soutenu par France 2030<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Soutenue par le plan <strong>France 2030<\/strong> et la <strong>R\u00e9gion Occitanie<\/strong>, Genvia a trouv\u00e9 un terrain d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation id\u00e9al dans l\u2019usine ArcelorMittal de Saint-Ch\u00e9ly-d\u2019Apcher. Ce site industriel, producteur d\u2019aciers \u00e9lectriques haut de gamme, utilisera l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne bas-carbone de Genvia pour r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions de CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9monstrateur exp\u00e9rimental, baptis\u00e9 <strong>SOEL200<\/strong>, entrera en service d\u00e9but 2026 et produira jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>200 kg d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne par jour<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une puissance \u00e9lectrique de 300 kW. L\u2019installation int\u00e8gre une <strong>boucle de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur fatale<\/strong>, un <strong>stockage thermique innovant<\/strong> r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par <strong>Coretec<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me complet de <strong>purification et de compression<\/strong> de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9ziers, berceau de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne innovant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant ce d\u00e9ploiement industriel, Genvia avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9 des <strong>essais pilotes \u00e0 B\u00e9ziers<\/strong>, sur son site historique, pour tester et perfectionner ses modules technologiques. Ce positionnement local, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me industriel et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dynamique dans le Biterrois, conforte le r\u00f4le du territoire dans la <strong>fili\u00e8re hydrog\u00e8ne nationale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une mont\u00e9e en puissance progressive<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise envisage d\u00e9sormais une mont\u00e9e en cadence prudente et structur\u00e9e.
