La F\u00e9ria des Entrepreneurs 2026 d\u00e9butera le 9 juin avec une conf\u00e9rence inaugurale organis\u00e9e par Dev-Hop! et PULSE, de 8h30 \u00e0 10h au Palais des Congr\u00e8s de B\u00e9ziers (Auditorium).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Manager et engager en 2026 : diversit\u00e9, leadership et transformations du travail \u00bb, cette rencontre proposera un regard concret sur les \u00e9volutions du monde professionnel et les nouveaux d\u00e9fis des entreprises en mati\u00e8re de management et de ressources humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anim\u00e9e par Philippe Pierre<\/strong>, conf\u00e9rencier, expert RH et sociologue, la conf\u00e9rence abordera notamment les attentes des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, la diversit\u00e9 en entreprise, les transformations du leadership ainsi que les leviers favorisant l\u2019engagement durable des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusieurs acteurs interviendront \u00e9galement au cours de cette conf\u00e9rence :
– V\u00e9ronique Thi\u00e9baut-Villette, \u00e9lue CCI H\u00e9rault et Pr\u00e9sidente du Groupe de travail RH ;
